Oxford is a small town in south-central Massachusetts, about 15 miles south of Worcester near the Connecticut border. The town has a mix of residential neighborhoods, light industry, and rural areas, with several ponds including popular Webster Lake just to the south. Oxford was incorporated in 1693 and has maintained its New England character while serving as a bedroom community for workers commuting to Worcester and surrounding areas.
