Georgetown is a small town in northeastern Massachusetts, located about 35 miles north of Boston near the New Hampshire border. Originally a farming community, the town retains much of its rural character with historic homes, conservation land, and a traditional New England town center. Georgetown is known for its strong sense of community and its location along the Parker River, which historically powered local mills.
