Blackstone-Millville Regional High School serves the adjoining towns of Blackstone and Millville in south-central Massachusetts, near the Rhode Island border. The area is located along the Blackstone River Valley, about 15 miles south of Worcester, in a region with deep roots in early American industrial history—the Blackstone River powered many of New England's first textile mills. Today, these communities maintain a mix of residential neighborhoods and open spaces while preserving historic mill buildings that reflect their manufacturing heritage.
