Lynn Vocational Technical Institute
Lynn is a diverse coastal city of about 100,000 residents located 10 miles north of Boston on Massachusetts Bay. Once a major center of shoe manufacturing in the 19th and early 20th centuries, the city has evolved into a working-class community with a rich industrial heritage and one of the most ethnically diverse populations in the state. Lynn Vocational Technical Institute, established in 1910, is one of the oldest vocational-technical high schools in Massachusetts.
