Grafton is a suburban town in central Massachusetts, located about 10 miles southeast of Worcester. Originally a farming community, the town developed significantly in the 20th century and is now known for its blend of residential neighborhoods and preserved open spaces, including the scenic Blackstone River that forms part of its eastern border. Grafton has a strong New England character with several historic buildings and a town common that dates back to the 18th century.
